We offer natural options and guarantee our services for a specified period to ensure effective pest control.

Pest Control FAQs

Are the treatments safe for people or animals?

Once dry, all treatments are safe. Depending on the treatment type, sometimes people and pets will be required to leave. Basic general treatments require no absences, but we do request kids and pets be isolated until the product dries. Generally 1-2 hour dry time.

Does the treatment smell?

Generally, there is no odor as our products have little to no smell. Specialty treatments are different and may have a noticeable scent. Our outdoor pest control treatment, such as for mosquitoes, has a sweet, herbal fragrance.

How long do I have to be gone for specialty treatments like roach, flea, or bedbug?

Absent time requested from home for pets and people is a 4-6 hour minimum.

Do you offer all natural products?

We do offer all-natural products, though their effectiveness and residual (how long they last after treatment) are much lower than standard products.

All Our Pest Control Services Come with a Time-Based Guarantee?

Lawn Care FAQs

When can I mow?

For our treatments in particular, we ask that you not mow 3–5 days prior to services and a minimum of 48 hours after services. Mowing does not affect your pre-emergent or the insecticide, but it can remove some of the weed killer.

What about watering?

We ask that you pause all watering for 12 hours prior and 24 hours after most lawn
treatments. Pre-Emergent needs 2 inches of water within 2 weeks of application. That being
said the post emergent needs a 12 hour dry time before becoming rain fast.

Do you use dye?

We do use a coloring dye to allow us to see the spray pattern and direction along with a
density of application to ensure we are laying the proper amount of product. At request dye
can be left out, but results can not be guaranteed.

Are lawn treatments safe for kids and pets?

The product labels state that once dry the products are safe. These products are not meant
for edible food plots, i.e. gardens, or where grazing animals may roam. There are specialty
products for those scenarios and they do carry a slightly larger cost.
